Free Shipping Policy
All orders qualify for free shipping.
1. Order Processing
We will process and ship your order within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping schedule.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders are processed daily before 20:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Important Battery Shipping Notice
Lithium batteries are classified as special goods.
Orders that include spare lithium batteries will be shipped via split shipment, meaning:

5. Import Duties and Taxes
For certain destinations, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be charged upon delivery.

6. Address Accuracy
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Sursnong will not be responsible for any loss or partial loss of goods caused by incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
If additional information is required to complete delivery, we may contact the buyer for clarification. This may result in delivery delays.
7. Delivery Responsibility & Risk
Sursnong will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe.
If delivery is delayed, cannot be completed, or is only partially completed, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible after placing the order.
In such cases, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract free of charge.
Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of product damage or loss remains with Sursnong until the order has been successfully delivered to the customer’s shipping address.
