  1. Sursnong Warranty Policy

    30-Day Free Replacement
    If the product has a manufacturing defect, Sursnong will repair or replace it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    If a replacement is required, the product will be replaced with the same model as originally purchased. If the original model has been discontinued, a product with similar or better performance will be provided.


    24-Month Free Repair
    For Sursnong dive lights and accessories, within 24 months from the date of purchase, if any issues occur during normal use, we will provide free repair service after you contact us.
    Malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, or alteration are not covered by this warranty.


    Limited Lifetime Warranty
    For dive flashlights and accessories, after the initial 24-month warranty period, Sursnong will continue to provide repair services.
    Replacement parts and repair costs will be charged at cost, based on the price of replacement materials.


    Please Contact Your Dealer First
    If you purchased Sursnong products through an authorized dealer, please provide your warranty card, purchase invoice, receipt, or other valid proof of purchase, and contact your dealer directly to obtain warranty service.
    Sursnong provides full service support to its authorized dealers.


    Shipping Instructions
    We strongly recommend purchasing Sursnong products from local authorized dealers, who can provide faster and higher-quality after-sales service.

    For products not purchased through local dealers, Sursnong will provide direct after-sales support; however, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
